Nutrition: I also hold an Evergreen Certification as a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist. I believe nutrition plays a key role in mental and emotional well-being. Nourishing the body with balanced, whole foods can drastically impact how we feel, think, and interact with the world around us.
Creative Arts: I have been trained to integrate artistic expression with wellness practices to promote healing and emotional well-being. Through creativity, I support others in reconnecting with themselves and finding balance, nourishment, and wholeness.
